An ancestor of George Washington Carver invents it. It takes off in Israel. It targets anyone human with a specific mitochondrial DNA mutation that is unique to the chosen people. It makes their dicks fall off, paying them back for slavery. Sheeps enjoy watching Hebrew dicks fall off.
