For instance let's say hypothetically an agent tried to convince me to perform a shooting and I discovered he was in fact an agent? Would I have any legal grounds to stand on?

You can sue whomever you want to. This is America - Land of Litigation.
Your case will probably be dismissed out of hand, but that doesn't mean you're not allowed to sue.

Now if only I were allowed to Beth and Karen... would have quite the office party going... biggest land-whale gathering in centuries.

If you can keep a straight face pretend you don't know he's FBI and report him to the police.

[–] 3 pts

No, you cannot sue any of my fellow agents.

theoretically, you can sue the FBI for entrapment and possibly also for the hate crime of having one of their informants compare your username to anal lube. However, recent rape hoax cases have set new precedents and lowered the bar for evidence, so I would not be surprised if they then countersued for rape and won. This is a dangerous position to be in, so Boone I recommend we try to settle so you only have to go to jail for a little while.

Edit: I lost track of who was suing who so this may not entirely make sense. Nonetheless I am proud to have served as an attorney for whichever of you brought me on board.

That's real dedication!

So forget entrapment, just sue for rape first... or better yet, .

Wow. I don't always catch "wooshes" as they boomerang past my head; but when I do... I feel fucking retarded for not noticing the first time.

https://www.dictionary.com/browse/violation

violation[ vahy-uh-ley-shuh n ]

>noun

>the act of violating.

>the state of being violated.

>a breach, infringement, or transgression, as of a law, rule, promise, etc.:

>He was fined for a traffic violation.

>desecration; profanation:

>the violation of a cemetery.

>sexual molestation, especially rape.

>a distortion of meaning or fact.

That's it

The breach, infringement, or transgression, as of a rule promise etc.. Or the distortion of a meaning... or profanation, desecration... Is rape.

It's not up to debate it's the very definition of violation, it's rape, case closed

[–] 1 pt

It depends. Did you do it?

[–] 1 pt

You sure do ask a lot of question? Are you the police

might get a pro bono (figure if it's some high class case) on some type of entrapment case, but I am not sure if it would go anywhere.

99% sure you can't sue the federal government and the fbi is the "federal" bureau... or federal government bureau of investigations.

You'd have to sue the state, but I don't know really.

pretty sure never financially, but you can sue for information from what I've seen. I kind of wanted to sue the federal government at one point for all my IRS information so that way I always had it for tax purposes (that way I can just send in my information again since the government already has everything including my identity - which I even have an ID for) or just build extremely advanced technology that allows me to time travel (custom time travel - since we are always traveling into the future if not time traveling into the future) to 2030 alone for IRS tax information. That way I never have to do my taxes again. Just send in what I did for the last 10 years alone.

Not if you shot the agent. That's pure karma.
