Ok, that's kind of what I figured. That's usually the case with most metro areas I think, I know the ones here usually ship critical cases off to the capitol city unless they're closer to another metro area.

I can also tell you from personal experience that our system is really dysfunctional. My local VA is ten times better than most of the private systems around here.

That's strange hearing the VA is better than private systems, usually it seems like you hear the other way round.
