I am a big fan of work boots.
Edit: In fact, I have a pair that I could not be happier with,
The 4421s would be great but I'll need something more water resistant. It seems like redwing is the way to go though but wasn't sure if there were some other decent options.
I've been wearing them for 30+ years.
I've heard about these and next time I buy a pair of riding boots I think this might be the brand.
For motor cycle? Get Riding boots that supports your ankle.
I've low sided on my bike on trail... I was wearing mx boots tho. Slid like 20 feet with my foot/leg stuck underneath didn't feel a thing.
Lucky I didn't fuck up my knee from twisting.
Love them mx boots, I'd feel comfortable having a car drive over my feet wearing them.
But yeah get proper riding boots that at least go past your ankle up your calf. Just put your jeans over them.
I was out fucking around offroad and had a kickstand pin my ankle to the ground. I'll get a set of mx boots at some point for sure.
Plus redwing backs up their boots, and can rebuild etc or whatever
I been by the plant many times where they make them
