I bought an extra pack weeks ago just in case Corona made things tough to get, and now of course I wished I bought more because panic has set in with no end in sight, but people are still going to Costco to get infected. They had full parking lots backed up into the street with minivans packed with coughing kids, and I noped out of that even before Corona, nevermind that they cleaned out tp in 5 minutes of opening. I'll wipe my ass with leaves or moss when I run out in a few months.
The funniest thing I've seen is I went out to grab a couple more things yesterday there are literal pallets of paper towels sitting everywhere and everyone is back crowding the TP section. I just laughed.

I had the same thought yesterday when I went out for regular grocery shopping. The place was packed, everyone losing their minds over the dumbest shit. And I realized that the hysteria the media is calling for is to maximize exposure of large groups of people. Get everyone out in public places and then watch the disease spread when everyone else is shutting down massive gatherings.
