Wow, so they banned your Amazon account just because the email address ended with “@poal.co” and not because of any actions?

What a hostile hidden policy Amazon has.

Not any actions that I am aware of. I know amazon doesn't ban people for life other than myself that I am aware of, also don't tell them my wife still has an account and I may or may not use that when I can't get something elsewhere.
