Background info that might be helpful:

I'm considering starting a blog to help market to my business. I've played around with wordpress before and could probably figure that out. I have a domain already. I don't know much about SEO, but any services that make this easier would be helpful.

Basically, I'm not sure what to look for in a host other than price and native wordpress hosting. What should I be thinking about to help narrow the choice down? Or does it really not matter?

Hm, hadn't thought about the phone thing. My blog is not likely to attract any attention from censors. It would be nice to support a non-censor host, but I kind of assume they're all the same. In other words, if a host has a history free of zero-notice takedowns, it just means that they have no zero-notice takedowns yet.
