I'd still probably choose Battery 2.
For rich people however, the monetary aspect shouldn't matter much.
Also, if I was fed up with replacement at some point (using Battery 1), I would purchase a Battery 2.
If one has money in abundance, one could use Battery 2 most of the times, but have a fresh (non-aged) Battery 1 for occasions such as on trips when one would need that extra capacity and charging speed for photography and 2160p@60fps (or now 3240p and 4320p) filming.
Sure having both would be the best of both worlds. Also would probably be the most resource efficient. However swapping could be a pain perhaps some kind of hybrid device with both could provide a happy medium.
Also, Battery 2 should still be good enough in most everyday use cases.
In 2014, 15 watts (Galaxy Note 4) was considered outstanding.
15W in 2020 isn't any less than 15W in 2014.
I was more thinking like a house battery type scenario where you had the super charge cycle battery for short outages and the higher capacity one for longer outages.
