I know babies can hear ultrasounds and that it bothers them and it seems that our child reacts to music from headphones placed over the womb. Would going to the range with my wife be too loud for the baby?

Would air pistols or paintball guns be an option? I wouldn't have waited until now, but I don't know your situation so maybe it wasn't needed months ago. How heavily pregnant are you talking? Towards the end, my wife was barely able to move but she's 5 foot and the kids were 23 inches long.

I'm sure there's a way to ask a medical professional without bringing up guns. Ask if the baby would be okay if you took her to a NASCAR or NHRA race, or whatever series is within a reasonable distance that a heavily pregnant woman would travel too.
