I know babies can hear ultrasounds and that it bothers them and it seems that our child reacts to music from headphones placed over the womb. Would going to the range with my wife be too loud for the baby?

Congratulations!!!

Pregnant shooting? I doubt the eardrums would be damaged, but the stress might be bad/risky.

You know our little patch of not-quite-desert will always be open to you :D

I'm somewhat serious though because long term the solution here is to raise your family in a safe space.

I'm becoming quite aware of the need for a stable location to raise my family lol. Things are going pretty well here and the neighborhood is generally nice, just one "problem" person here bringing issues with them as far as I can tell.

How bad can one person be?

Other solutions:

  1. Guard dog.
  2. Motion sensors.
  3. Big fence/barb wire (if legal)/big thorny hedges.
  4. Train with air gun.
  5. Surveillance cameras.
  6. Neighborhood watch.
