I'm becoming quite aware of the need for a stable location to raise my family lol. Things are going pretty well here and the neighborhood is generally nice, just one "problem" person here bringing issues with them as far as I can tell.

- Motion sensors.
- Big fence/barb wire (if legal)/big thorny hedges.
- Train with air gun.
- Surveillance cameras.
- Neighborhood watch.
