I can't wait to have a yard of my own, I'm going to be outside all the time and get to know the critters in the neighborhood. My grandpa would sit out at his picnic table everyday and feed the squirrels by hand.

When I was a kid, there was a baby bird flopping around on the ground. I put on work gloves and placed it in a lilac bush. The rest of the summer, any time I was outside a little bird, I'd imagine the same one, would fly toward me and swoop down to graze the top of my head. It would circle around and do that three times.

Did you name your spider?

I actually did named it George (of the jungle)

Meaning & History. From the Greek name Γεωργιος (Georgios) which was derived from the Greek word γεωργος (georgos) meaning "farmer, earthworker", itself derived from the elements γη (ge) "earth" and εργον (ergon) "work".

How appropriate for your spider to be an earth worker.
