Is there an algorithm or does just pick one randomly?
I only ask because today's is s/whitesarecool/ and I can only assume the algorithm looks at either new or unpopular subs in an effort to shine a light on them.

Isn't the sub of the day dependent on what meat is nearest to expiration? It's the way they do it at other sub shops.
