It's a good question. Obviously the site itself is NSFW in most workplaces.
I would say it's graphic or sexual content.
I have argued for a separate "PRON" tag that would designate and allow users to block pornography separate from other content deemed NSFW. Unfortunately, shut that down faster than you could say "PIF."
