One over easy egg.

about 3 slices of bacon. give or take 1

pan fried mushrooms and spinach(in the bacon fat this is important)

toast with cream cheese

now make a sandwich.

I'd give yours a shot but I don't think I could actually put all that together without massive amounts of coffee. Like 3 pots minimum.
