I'd like to gut and eat my neighbors whole family and their 5 fucking dogs, too. My girlfriend wishes a less illegal approach.

These people are trash. Besides that they has 5 dogs that bark constantly. Tonight that bunch of cunts heard we were going out to eat our dinner on the deck so they let their 5 retard dogs out so they can set the mood for our dinner.

Gets me hungry for dog meat is what it does.

My better half doesn't want to stir the pot but is fed up with it.

I want to call the city and have their dogs brought in and hopefully put down (because I'd get in trouble for what I really want to do).

I forget the name (bark breaker or similar), but there are devices out there that will trigger a subsonic blast only dogs can hear that are triggered by barking. The sound it makes startles the dogs to stop barking, breaking the loop they get in. There is also a version that has sound WE can hear too and it is annoying AF.

I have to say it did not stop the dogs from barking, but the device was more annoying and louder than barking, so neighbors got worse than they gave.
