I think if it exists it would be infinite it would have to be by definition wouldn't it?

Unless it abides by a different set of universal principles it would be finite as nothing is eternal in this universe. It supposedly created this universe so maybe you are correct.

I would think in order to create the universe you would have to exist out side of it. I don't think its possible to create a universe and still be bound by its laws. Unless you consider the simulation hypothesis then the beings that created the simulation would almost certainly have a finite IQ.

To try and quantify god using measurement tools created by and for use by humans within the 3rd/4th dimensions would, I think, be a fools errand. It'd be like asking how tall is god, how much they weigh or how much they can bench press. Using such a measuring device would be either inadequate or irrelevant and we'd end up with the answer being nothingness & infinity at the same time or some stupid shit.

Well, God's knowledge is infinite, so it stands to reason His IQ would be as well. That said, IQ isn't considered a good measurement of intelligence anyway, as there are 6 accepted types of intelligence (en.wikipedia.org), and IQ tests only measure 1 or 2.
