I think in some cases for sure. But, I know many Chinese nationals and they just love CCP and what they perceive that pooh bear is doing for them (in a positive way). So, I don't know what to make of it as it's just a few (maybe 10 or so) anecdotal instances, but I can't find any China nationals that don't have this view. I agree that CCP has detached from their population, though but it seems they've got a lot of them in a spell ... maybe much like MSM does in America and the Western world.
