i am looking around. the price at walmart is 349 so am looking for cheaper than that. 15.6 inch screen. windows.

Best of luck. Really. $349 is cheap for what you're looking for. If you can repari them, you can find a broken one on eBay. The problem is that they often cost more to fix than buying a new one, since used HP boards are overpriced. And, you never know how many components need to be replaced when they don't work.
