Roast chicken and Shitake mushrooms soup 🍲
Roast a chicken with olive oil and mixed herbs in a clay or cast iron pot (oven for 45 minutes °C)
Then use some of the oily sauce to pan fry the mushrooms and drop them in the pot, are black peppercorns, sea salt, dried figs.
Slow cook for 2 hours.
