Tried it last night with limited success but whatever the problem was seams to have resolved itself today

We have had connection issues with poal and pic8 based on users’ location. Botnets from Mexico where attacking European targets. So routing was blocked from certain IP pools.
The only way around is to use a VPN service and try different locations.
