It's better to get constructive criticism than to get excuses justifying the beliefs of an echo chamber. If you stumble into a group of deluded fools who insist that some nonsensical BS must be taken as gospel, and there are no compelling arguments being made for or against anything, that's probably going to be equally wasted time. The only advantage the latter may have is, it could encourage you to stop wasting your time there.
