if you start to kill them from the beginning, they will wise up and band together. the way you deal with socicopaths is a slow boil method, with the semi functional sociopaths targeting the retarded sociopaths. Then you walk the line back and have the functional sociopaths target the semi functional. It has to be done so gradually that no one can wise up.
