In the end you'll probably end up with a form of feudalism, given enough time and a couple of kikes
like father like son. the productive guy makes sure his kid can eat, and takes him out on the hunt as soon as he can walk and teaches him everything he knows. probably how feudalism got started.

Reality is anything but a controlled environment, and that's precisely why all "great ideas" fail miserably in practice while they looked good on paper
You're going to have sociopaths within your ranks and they'll prevail, as they always do
Better the sociopaths that are loyal to your cause and do their thing to your enemies than to your own people. The ones that can not aim their "condition" at specific targets are the mad dogs that get put down hard. Ever wonder how the midevil history books are so disjointed in their records? when a mad dog was put down, you either reveal him as a traitor, or as a man cursed by your enemies and driven to madness by their wicked ways. A lot of weird shit can be reasoned out by people attempting to cover their own ass, or by scribes doing the same.
It only becomes a problem when the bullshit is thick enough it can no longer be believed.
