I would argue regulating web content is a lot different than regulating guns and booze (another failed ban which is why I mention it).
To flip it around: are you opposed a ban on, say, anti-Israel videos? Or would that not really matter because you can't legislate behavior?

How and where the videos are banned would definitely have an impact. YouTube bans shit they don't like all the time. Poal doesn't. See where I'm going?
