Agreed. With the single exception of possession of child porn. Production is obviously an assault, but I wouldn't mind possession remaining illegal as the exception to rule.

can't have exceptions to rules. no exceptions. change the rule if you must, but there can be no exceptions.

I think you could easily make the argument that child porn is necessarily a violation of another's rights, but then again I wouldn't hate it if porn was illegal altogether. Or generally if it could be acceptable to get rid of things that are harmful to society. Ok, I guess I have to revise my position to: I would still have a lot of laws but they would be better.
