I live in an a white gated community now, zero cops ever around, nigger family moves in next door, three police visits already. In two months. Needless to say, houses are going up for sale...

My experience was not in a rural area but a more highly densely populated area.
So its not the rural v. urban difference I think.
Its white v. nigger areas.
I say, let the niggers figure it out themselves. Why spend my $$$ to fix their problem.
