In this day and age of even the homeless being well fed what is poor peoples food in America? Is there even a category these days?

With 100 usd a person could eat well enough in a month to never feel hunger as anything but a distant sensation. Pasta, rice and beans are what I would consider poor people food. Ramen is poor common sense food. Hell you could even have meat once a week on that budget.
