I stopped noticing that in the 90s, everywhere I have been keeps the dented ones on the shelf at regular price. Next time you go to the store look at the price of bacon bits per ounce, I am almost positive it is more expensive than uncooked bacon.
no, not bacon bits like for salad, there is a product called "bits & pieces" that's the shitty parts of the bacon process but it's still bacon just not strips. About 1/2 of what bacon costs per oz.
