tolerance of everyone around you completely even if they are wrecking society and people just tolerate them.
apathy - not caring for the most part at all to me personally about everything going on and society falling apart.
tolerating a society that is falling apart and being apathetic to it all at the same time. basically not caring and/or being apathetic to a society falling apart and/or tolerating / putting up with it falling apart at the same time I guess in laymans terms to me personally.
filth / degeneracy / corruption alone comes to mind right away - tolerating filth / degeneracy / corruption and/or etc and such. also being apathetic to the filth / degeneracy / corruption.
