Integrity. Doing the right thing even when no one is looking
Of course not. I am not black.
I think if you didn't you could technically go to jail depending on the amount and how much you wanted to peruse it. It's not like they don't have cameras filming everything. It would be easy enough for the bank to track down who's money it was just by reviewing the atm log.
This sorta happened to me at the fair last week. I walked up to the fairground atm and the woman in front of me hadn't finished her transaction and her account was still live. I was screaming for her from 100 yards away to come back. She didn't realize there was another screen that came up. It would be great if we could standardize atm prompts, and cash register prompts too.
brother n law picked up a c-note in the area between entrance doors as he walked into an arvest bank in central ark., he did his business and left but a day-ish later the bank dropped his account ,stopped in or out payments and when he asked about his account status they cut him a check for his account balance amount and said they didn't want his business anymore based on his not turning in the money he found.
