Many content creators will offer exclusive content for different tiers. Since the un-edited poalcast is already available as tier 1, maybe some long form interviews could be tier two? Or how about a t-shirt/mug/whatever swag as a reward for joining a higher tier? Have a look at other creators campaigns for more ideas I guess
