A lot of the comedy is crude, but Carey brings a lot of his rubber-faced antics from his In Living Color days to the film, and I did laugh a lot at this one.

any indian comedy... they all highlight how super corrupt the government is and the farce of accepting the corruption and the challenges of navigating the corruption to meet objectives!

its a post apocalyptic movie... and he is a survivor while making smart decisions... i found it in a 2nd hand store, 30 years ago, watched it a dozen times... and have never seen it since!
