Probably a cruise with the family, although I am pretty sure at least one of my kids would attempt to jump over board, so perhaps that isn't a good idea. Barring that probably my tow behind in a nice wooded area near a big lake, late summer so it isn't too hot but still warm enough to swim. A generator for electricity, a good cellular connection so I could keep an eye on this place.
