The painting is "Satan summoning his Legions" (royalacademy.org.uk), 1796-1797 by the late Sir Thomas Lawrence PRA (1769 - 1830). The photo to the right of the big bitch clad in copper is "Liberty Enlightening the World" or the Statue of Liberty (en.wikipedia.org) by Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi. Why do they look so similar?

Doesn't quite look like it, but is that the same Lucifer summoning legions Rothschild and Abramovich are pictured with?

In Babylon she was known as Ishtar the goddess of love, sexuality, prostitution, and war. The Romans adopted her as Libertas the goddess of social and personal freedom including sexual freedom. Bartholdi was a Freemason so it's no surprise he would choose her as the subject for his statue. The bible calls Babylon the Mother of Whores and some say the SoL is mentioned as the Great Whore in Revelation.

Revelation 17:1-2 "One of the Seven Angels who carried the seven bowls came and invited me, “Come, I’ll show you the judgment of the great Whore who sits enthroned over many waters, the Whore with whom the kings of the earth have gone whoring, show you the judgment on earth dwellers drunk on her whorish lust.”
