Edt; All I’m picking up on is the officer on the left giving one of the children or his coworkers crotch a creepy look? But I think he also may be eyeballing the child’s hand that has crossed the curb onto the street. That seems likely as that would be a reference to law and order? Maybe? At any rate what the heck are you seeing?
EditII; It took a few minutes but I have absolutely fallen in love with this portrait. The child hailing at the bottom right, the adult lifting the child above his head to see; the Fuhrer is only a couple of meters away. The child with his hand on the street is about to run up to the vehicle which is why the officer on the left is eyeballing him. The picnic lunch tossed aside, The stool tipped over in the joy of the moment. This is incredibly potent propaganda. Very well done.
