No ... rules illegal weapons ages ago, so that's why you won't find them. Sorry, blame the government. They fall under the same deal as machine guns, NFA class firearms. You could get a federal permit, of course, but that's costly and a lot of paperwork.

There may be an exception for home made and not for sale ... but don't quote me on that ... it would take some research. And I'm basically lazy - LOL
