Truly the pressure is being increased constantly and by every avenue, each so small or unnoticeable as to not be the one thing that causes the identifiable problem.

Food problems started when OSHA went after slaughter and meat packing operations, warehousing, groceries, restaurants... They continue to this day. (osha.gov)
