Ahh, basically a suburb of Sedona, which is a neat little nothing town. Cool terrain and love slide rock. I haven't done more than drive through Rimrock in like, well that's all I have ever done there. So I don't have much personal info about the place except it is a very "terrain wise" place, awesome. If you like hiking and other outdoor things as well as hippies, yep hippies who do "art" etc. It would be a great place. Did I mention the hippies? Not the dirty ones but the "power crystal" or buy my sculpture of a Native American on a horse type of hippie. Even the how many shots of wheat grass do you do a day bro, type. Your choice man.

If you only want an investment property, I would suggest Phoenix, with Tucson second only for the size of the cities and the demand for renters. Small towns work differently....Especially with so many Cali's doing exactly what you are trying to do, like 40 or more years too late. So, you need to decide what you are "really" doing....is this just an investment property, or do you want to one day live there? Just going through the Pima County Assessors online database, at least a quarter or more of Tucson is owned by rich Cali's. Not just inheritance fags, but the jewish mafia fags. Chicago Outfit politicians and such. Your strategy is old hat, better get it right.
My deal is this. I have two rental houses I am dumping. One is currently listed. When it sells, I will list the other. They are right next door to each other. I inherited nothing.i bought them quite awhile back. I don’t live anywhere near them and just want them off my plate. I want to reinvest upon the sale of both. The first one, I want to move the money out of C.a, the second, I may do the same, or buy something local to me. My personal property consists of two full wise separate houses on five acres in the country in nor cal. I p,an on staying here until I don’t want to. I don’t need to sell anything. I just want out of the Cali market. I hate everything this state stands for, and I’m born and raised here. It makes me sick. But I digress. This is a bidness move.maybe I end up with a rental in AZ or Nevada from one sale, and a rental in another, nor cal town with the other. Where I want to live in the end is not the end goal here. However, I would prefer my end goal to be AZ or NV.
