Mormons believe that a bunch of Jews landed somewhere in the Americas (Usually thought to be central or south America). There are detailed descriptions of the cities, things they had in said cities, animals that didn't exist in America during that time, etc. these new sites they've uncovered bear no resemblance to Mormon descriptions and are about 500-1000 years too old give or take
