I've always been suspicious of these so-called "stone tools" which are often just lumps of rock with some chips or scratches on them. When you see an actual stone arrowhead made of flint, you know it is human-made, but some of the supposed "stone tools" that have been dug up don't look like anything but rocks to me. But then, I'm not an expert who has invested 20 years in my career, and who desperately needs to make a discovery in order to justify future research grants, am I?
