I'm highly dubious. This would require some form of calibration and relative reference. Not to mention localized magnetic precession constantly changes over time. Airports remeasure annually. Any bias here will of course propagate to any readings. The fact it comes from Israel is also suspicious. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't have a lot of faith in this.
