Nuts and berries are far more nutrient dense than leaves. Potatoes are also quite nutritious. Good way to supplement a meat based diet. Ketofags are mostly right.
Nuts especially. Easy way for primitive man to comsume a lot of calories while expending very few, and not risk getting kicked in the face by a fucking moose or some shit
You can't grow a big brain with just nuts and berries though. 80% of the human diet was meat.
