I'm thinking a bunch of us need to host families from Europe to come stay at our houses during the hottest months, and let them enjoy AC so much that when they go back home, they will feel that they can no longer live without it.

lol That's what's happening here, when Brits are visiting, they complain it's too cold in shopping malls, restaurants and indoor public spaces, but later on realize how good it is in summer (from April to November).
