Very true and this is reflected in how messed up our bloated federal government is. It was never designed to be like this.

Too many years of too many lying politicians guaranteeing people everything and anything for a vote. People need to be self-sufficient wherever possible, not expect a government who doesn't really care to take care of their every need.
