I am amazed and appreciate the internet, the fact that I can instantly communicate with and learn from so many people with messages sent at the speed of light all over the world is frankly awesome. My family, the fact that I have the kind that I do is a statistical anomaly and I appreciate that. Good food at work, I've recently started cooking good food at work and well its made the days considerably more enjoyable. This is Day 1 I'm gonna keep trying to appreciate 3 things everyday for as long as I can keep this up.
