Day 1

I am amazed and appreciate the internet, the fact that I can instantly communicate with and learn from so many people with messages sent at the speed of light all over the world is frankly awesome.

My family, the fact that I have the kind that I do is a statistical anomaly and I appreciate that.

Good food at work, I've recently started cooking good food at work and well its made the days considerably more enjoyable.

This is Day 1 I'm gonna keep trying to appreciate 3 things everyday for as long as I can keep this up.

It's gonna be hard to be this appreciative when the world throws a shitty day your way. Do so anyway and you come out much happier when the day ends and a new, better, one begins.

Entire reason I did this is I've had a shitty couple days. I decided it would be best to remind myself that I have a lot of good things in my life.
