you were not taking in enough electrolytes, salt will defecity will make you dizzy, then you need others one like magnesium and potassium
also a daily vitamin with B(whatever) helps too
I'll look into that. The diet itself is really good for those that bulk up in winter and want to cut quickly instead of taking months to lose 10lbs or so.
it takes awhile to get to burning fat depending on age
then you might get the keto flu, that is your body adjusting.. then you will have endless energy, tho not explosive.
I really didnt see results for like 2-3 weeks, just be patient your body is just adjusting... it wont let loose of the fat until it ready.
eat proper diet (macros) you will be fine... also stay away from the gimmick stuff it wont help, bleh... if you a woman, it will be harder than a man, just give it time

No I'm a man. I was definitely in Ketosis, though the RFL diet isn't really keto, just a crash diet with an attempt at muscle sparing (i.e. "refeeds" to prevent a metabolic slowdown). So kinda sucks cause you get the flu going in and out of keto. It's been years since I did it but if nothing else enjoyed reading Lyle's books and articles. His ultimate diet is pretty cool, though extremely restrictive.
