It's no doubt good for cultivating discipline, but your body will start eating your muscles up if your not really fat.
that is true, my longest fast like was 7 days when i was keto hard, then i switched to intermitted fasting and just nom nom nom all my calories at once

The closest I did was Lyle McDonald's Rapid Fat Loss. ~800 cals a day all protein with limited workouts. I had similar effects with hunger disappearing, but major brain fog which really impacted my ability to do my job.
you were not taking in enough electrolytes, salt will defecity will make you dizzy, then you need others one like magnesium and potassium
also a daily vitamin with B(whatever) helps too
