I think this is something that we all take for granted. Well maybe not all but a lot of us I know I have.

Cars enable us to move in ways that before them it would have been impossible even unthinkable.

We can jump in our car and drive to the grocery store 10 miles away, and walking that would take roughly two hours at the average person's walking speed.

So I appreciate cars.

It has been said that the personal car helped destroy the Soviet Union. The personal freedom a car grants is truly under appreciated.

One of the reasons, probably the biggest, why 'carbon' is such a big issue is as an attempt to curtail that freedom. In Soviet era buildings none of the window below the tenth floor will open. The pollution was that bad. The commies don't care about the environment, they just want to put you in a box and lock you in.

I haven't done the research to say I know this is correct but it would not surprise me in the least.

I heard it from a YouTuber who goes by Vee. He lives in Romania and was speaking from personal experience.

Heard about him from Sargon. He's on bitChute now.
