They weren't the majority in this experience. In fact, when I got one they transferred me to my local area.

This. I got locked out of one of my credit cards because the person verifying my identity was non native English speaker. I asked them to repeat questions and still had no clue what the fuck they were saying. Had to guess answers, locking me out.

Also that one time I called the IRS for something and fucking Abu was the IRS customer service rep. The damn IRS!!!!
